How can i start body building from Start?

I m new to start body building.. but i dont know how to start it.. i have dumbles…and weight rod… plz advice me starting steps for body building.

Answer:

As a former body builder, I would say this. It depends on where you are and the reason why you want to be one.

Step 1. Set a goal.
Step 2. Set up a schedule.
Step 3. Create a log book.
Step 4. Join a gym. Specifically one that has certified trainers who can work with you to develop a routine that you can do on your own.
Step 5. And this one is important. Get a complete physical from a doctor. This insures that you have no pre-existing medical condition that will limit you in pursuring your goal.

Tax deductible for expenses related to body building context?

I have participated to body building competition in 2007 and won number two in the trial states. Will I be able to deduct the training related expenses for tax deduction?

If I could, what other related expenses that I could deduct (such as vitamin, etc)? This competition is not professional, it is for amateur.

Thank you!

Answer:

Hobby income goes on line 21 of the 1040.
Hobby expenses–limited to the amount of winnings–go on schedule A as an itemized deduction. Vitamins are not going to count as an expense.

If there are no winnings, you cannot deduct any expenses.

Answer:

first, think about what u want to make bigger and toner. if u want a toner body with good sized muscles, mix in running and cardio with your lifting. if you just want to get huge, do almost every single lift u can find and drink protien shakes after u work out. search the net for some workout plans or go to your nearest health club and talk to the trainer. they will make you a workout plan perfect for u.
