i m curious to know that how can i get weight within 4 weeks without using supplements like whey or mega mass etc..
my current weight is 55 kg and age:18 and recently started body building
Gym, protein shakes and food. More calories = more muscle. Be careful tho, if u don’t workout it will turn to fat. Reps for fineness and more weight for bulky in toned muscle. Find ur basal metabolic rate and eat over that to gain weight. Protein shakes are a meal and loaded with calories but watch out because they can be bad for liver and cause failure. Eat healthy food not crap and I recommend protein, not fat or carbs.
* I’m entry level body building, good health, decent shape, already been dieting / drink apx. 10oz of pop a day with several glasses of water, and I already eat healthy- trying to find out what foods are good for the building of muscles.
lots of protein. white meat…chicken breast, lean pork, turkey breast, fish, egg whites. try to stay away from beef. protein shakes. also include complex carbs and lots of vegetables.
I’ve been working out, running, lifting weights, etc. etc. etc. a whole lot and I am looking into buying some body building supplements cuz I want to get ripped. Any tips or suggestions as to what I should get? No steroids or Hgh.
Pure whey protein is good as protein helps a lot in building muscles. Optimum 100% Whey Protein is great. I used to take it, but now I take NO-Xplode (pre-workout) and AST Multi Pro 32X (multi-vitamins) along with some others containing high in fiber and joint supports (not necessarily supplements).
I’m moving to Japan from New Zealand for a few years, and have been searching online for a body building suppliment shop but can’t find one. Are there any good sites for companies in Japan that sell Body building suppliments? (like protein powder, creatine, etc) that I can order online from.
Try trueprotein.com. They have everything, protein, carbohydrates, and oodles of supplements. Try bodybuilding.com as well but I find them a little confusing.
