How can I stay extremely committed to my body building routine and food plan?
I am having lots of trouble sticking with my body building routine, I will work hard at the gym but not do the last 30 minutes of cardio, also I can’t stick with the eating plan can someone help me?

My friend is 29 years old female and about 138lbs 5’4.
