What are or is the best body-building supplements out there for working out?

I’m just trying to find the best product out there on the market today in the areas of body building. As far as what really, and truly works for body building. Now I don’t plan on going all out like those professionals do, but I do want to lose weight, gain muscle, etc. etc. Tell me, what do you think is out there that is safe, reliable, works, etc etc?

Answer:

ill tell you the secret… WHOLE FOODS. supplements are sh*t compared to real food. But, there are some good performance supplements like creatine and ZMA. Whey protein wont hurt you, but alot of it goes down the toilet.

Try these.

BCAA supplement before and after workout
ZMA
Creatine
Tribulus (maybe)

How to gain weight within 1 month without using body building supplements?

i m curious to know that how can i get weight within 4 weeks without using supplements like whey or mega mass etc..
my current weight is 55 kg and age:18 and recently started body building

Answer:

Gym, protein shakes and food. More calories = more muscle. Be careful tho, if u don’t workout it will turn to fat. Reps for fineness and more weight for bulky in toned muscle. Find ur basal metabolic rate and eat over that to gain weight. Protein shakes are a meal and loaded with calories but watch out because they can be bad for liver and cause failure. Eat healthy food not crap and I recommend protein, not fat or carbs.

Are there any good documentaries on body building?

I’ve just watched a documentary on greg valentino and this got me wondering if there were any other body building documentaries that i have missed. Any ideas?

Answer:

Pumping Iron is one you definitely can’t miss…..its one of the most best documentaries of all time, AND a bodybuilding doc!!! Its phenomenal and has some all time greats: Lou Ferrigno, Franco Columbo and of course Arnold Schwarzenegger in his prime.

If you’re looking for a bodybuilding documentary, you definitely don’t want to miss it. Here’s the IMDB link for it:

If I use a body building shampoo, will it decrease the effectiveness of my conditioner?

My understanding is that body building shampoo leaves something behind on your hair. So, wouldn’t that keep my conditioner from getting on my hair. I want to have body and soft hair.

Answer:

yah you are right, shampoo is meant to wash out so you don’t want it so leave a residue . You should get a volumizing conditioner and a moisturzing shampoo and then you will have soft hair with volume. You can also get a shampoo for colour treated hair that is easier on your hair too. I do this combo and it works well.

yeah you can absolutely be committed to ur body building routine…you can do the exercises and stay healthy with a normal healthy diet that will not harm your body at all…I was just talking to a friend few minutes ago as she complained from some weight & routine problem so, I introduced her to a very perfect type of diet where you can absolutely get free of all the fats & would perfectly enjoy eating…

you just need to perform it for just 10 DAYS!!! yeas, within just 10 DAYS you will be enjoying life & eating well, exercising well, and doing all your hobbies in a healthy way!

Believe me as i have tried it out myself! i’m not that good in sticking to diets as I usually get bored if the procedure takes too long to be acomplished till i got across this particular diet plane for juz 10 days!!!

it is perfectly amazing! I tried it out already & not only me, even the celebrities among them is Beyonce herself!!I got shocked myself till i read her testimony posted there on this link : http://bit.ly/644qJs

what’s the difference between lifting weights the normal way or the professional body building way?

I use to train with a trainer eight years ago and I quit after a while because of personal issues. I started lifting again today and I’m using the same trainer that I had 10 years ago. Since we know each other he said that he is not giving me a regular training session but a professional body building session to help me build up a lot of muscles faster. So my question is what’s the difference between the normal way of building muscles compared to the way professionals use to lift weights?

Answer:

The main difference is steroids use. There are ways you can properly use steroids that give you huge results without harmful side effects. It’s very expensive and very complicated thats where your “professional body building trainer” comes in. For normal weight lifting there is really no difference between regular training session and professional body building session. As long as your form is always correct the amount of work you put in is equal to the amount of results.
