what’s the difference between lifting weights the normal way or the professional body building way?
I use to train with a trainer eight years ago and I quit after a while because of personal issues. I started lifting again today and I’m using the same trainer that I had 10 years ago. Since we know each other he said that he is not giving me a regular training session but a professional body building session to help me build up a lot of muscles faster. So my question is what’s the difference between the normal way of building muscles compared to the way professionals use to lift weights?
Answer:
The main difference is steroids use. There are ways you can properly use steroids that give you huge results without harmful side effects. It’s very expensive and very complicated thats where your “professional body building trainer” comes in. For normal weight lifting there is really no difference between regular training session and professional body building session. As long as your form is always correct the amount of work you put in is equal to the amount of results.
I would like to start body building, I am sixteen and am reasonably fit how should I approach it?
I am 16, about 12 stone and around 6 feet tall, I want to start body building professionally to perform and was wondering how I should start? I am by no means the fittest person around so should I build fitness first? I have access to a gym and facilities.

Check out bodybuilding.com They have a lot of good stuff on exercises, and supplements. Just start reading and lifting, and it will come.
What other activities are there for body building other than gym?
I’ve been interested in building up my body for a long time now. I have repeatedly gone to the gym past couple of months. It has done me lot of good but I just really don’t enjoy the gym. I rarely go to the gym with enthusiasm which truthfully doesn’t help me put up the best effort. Are there any other activities I could take which help build me up? Any examples and procedures are welcome! Thanks!
Answer:
Before gyms were so abundant most people did a lot of push ups and sit ups. You can be your own gym, go to www.charlesatlas.com and look through the forums.
I don’t hate gyms, they just don’t do that much for me either.
