How can my friend start a life style in female body building?
My friend does not have a computer so she asked me to ask this.
My friend is 29 years old female and about 138lbs 5’4.
she wants to know if she is too old to start body building, what types of foods to eat, and to stay away from, how many hrs a day to work out? what to take afterwards so she is not sore? thanks
This really isn’t the place to be asking those types of questions – first thing she should do is join a gym and have a few sessions with a trainer and see if there are any amateur bodybuilders she could form a relationship with to get some info from….
ah thats alot of explaining to do…
if she wants to start to bodybuild, why not.
obviously stay away from junk food and drink lots of protein and foods that help recover
(just look up diet plans or something)
if she wants to bodybuild, at least an hour or 2 of intense workouts.
